  I went to this location about 45 mins ago and the "manager" on duty was so rude to me. I ordered two sandwiches and a coffee. They gave me the small donut balls instead of sandwiches. The food and drink wasn't even for me and when I called one employee told them I can get my money back and the manager screamed at me and told me I can pick my sandwiches up when I'm ready. So rude! She got in a yelling argument on the phone when I asked her when she was being so rude and unprofessional she hung up on me. Wouldn't suggest this location.

  The Dunkin Donuts on S Lake in Lexington is convenient and the staff is very friendly. They are almost too good. Out of my favorite stuff some of the time.
